Scientists have revealed through an experiment in which more than 50 people participated in the mechanism of the benefit of physical exercises for health.

Cardiologists from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center reached a conclusion explaining the positive effect of physical exercises on fighting aging and cardiovascular disease, and

The first group had moderate exercise (tennis, biking, and Swedish exercises) half an hour 4 to 5 times a week for three months. During the remaining months, the volunteers raised the ceiling of their physical exercise, which has become more than an hour each day.

The results of the study showed an increase in oxygen consumption among the members of the first group by 18% due to physical activity, which led to an increase in the elasticity of the heart muscle by

25%. The study also showed that members of the second group who live a stable lifestyle (no place for physical exercises) are more susceptible to the hardening of the heart muscle due to the deterioration of blood supply in the blood vessels.
